Most training is designed to be delivered, not necessarily remembered.

At Upskill, we've designed our learning system on a foundation of best evidence on memory, retrieval and behaviour change. Because training that's forgotten within a month isn't really learning.

One-off training fades.
Training in the flow of work doesn't.

Without reinforcement, most new knowledge is gone within a month. We've known this for over a hundred years, through multiple research studies.

Upskill was designed specifically to combat this. Multiple case studies made up of short, bite-sized lessons designed to fit alongside clinical work. Each case is built on spaced repetition of key topics and concepts, allowing for deliberate revision of knowledge throughout the year and closing with a full recap of key knowledge before moving on to the next.
