It's likely that over the coming years, we'll see new, urgent specifications and mandated training demands passed down to NHS trusts. Whilst something NHS trusts can find challenging, through Upskill we hope to make it much easier — by being able to rapidly develop new content and slot it into our annual curriculum straight away, with compliance evidenced through the same dashboard.
New NHS England maternity triage standards
A new triage standard, a new training burden for trusts.
The new national triage specification from NHS England will demand more on-the-job training to be delivered to our maternity workforce. Upskill can develop that content quickly: weaved into existing case studies, or delivered as new case studies in their own right.
